Delivery Policy
LilleBean.com offers delivery to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland.

We currently do not deliver to the Azores or Madeira.

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once successfully submitted, your order will be processed the following business day. After that, it will be picked, packed, and dispatched. Your parcel should arrive within 5–7 business days from the order date. Please note that delivery to some locations—such as Greece, Slovakia, and Croatia—may take up to 10 days. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, customs delays, or technical issues) may cause delays. Delivery times may also increase during sales events or holidays like Christmas.

10 EUR: Switzerland
20 EUR: Cyprus
20 EUR: Rest of the world
Free shipping is available on all orders over €85 within Europe.

For European deliveries, VAT is included in the prices and will be charged at checkout. Orders shipped outside Europe may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If import fees are unpaid, the merchandise will be returned to Lille Bean, and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Depending on the destination, we ship via DHL or UPS.

Within Europe (excluding Cyprus & Switzerland): Shipped with DHL and its local partners.
Outside Europe (including Cyprus & Switzerland): Shipped with UPS.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland.

We currently cannot ship to these Italian postcodes:

Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Look for notifications from your local delivery partner.
If you still need help, contact our customer service team.
Changing Delivery Address
Once your order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. If needed, please follow the return process after receiving the order.

What If I’m Not Home During Delivery?
If the delivery partner offers home delivery, follow their instructions for missed deliveries.

Cancellations or Modifications
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to sizes or items. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return via our return policy.

Order Confirmation Email Not Received
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every order before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days. Please provide:

Order number
Product/item number (found on the tag or label)
Photos of the issue
Send this information to customercare@lillebean.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Missing or Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is missing from your order, check your email for any stock updates. Contact us within 5 days if you didn’t receive any notification.

In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email, and you won’t be charged for it.

Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact our customer service team immediately. Refunds will only be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost by the delivery company, typically after 30 days.

Partial Delivery
We do not offer partial deliveries. If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from your order, and you’ll receive an email notification.
