How to Return an Item Online
At Lille Bean, we hope you love your purchases. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges—only refunds. To make changes to your order, you’ll need to place a new one.We strive to process returns quickly and will notify you via email once your return is processed. During busy periods, this may take up to 14 days from the time we receive the items. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring the return reaches us, so please keep your proof of postage from the courier or postal service.
How to Return Items Purchased on LilleBean.com
For EuropeEnsure the items are unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and any hygiene strip on swimwear is intact.
Pack the items securely in a bag or box (reusing the original packaging is ideal).
Prepaid return labels are provided for European returns. The return shipping cost (starting at €6) will be deducted from your refund. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Include the completed return form inside your package. Cover the original address label with the prepaid return label to avoid confusion.
Swiss customers: Contact us at customercare@lillebean.com to receive a proforma invoice. Print three copies and include them with your return.
After packaging, arrange a pick-up or drop off your package at the nearest collection point. Retain your return receipt for reference.

What Items Can Be Returned?
Full-Priced ItemsYou can return full-priced items within 30 days for a refund.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the purchaser.
Sale Items
Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
These items must also be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Gift Cards
If your order was partially paid with a gift card, refunds will first be applied to the gift card used.
Refund Process
You will be refunded the full amount paid for the items. Delivery fees are non-refundable.Refunds are processed through your original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.
During busy periods, processing may take up to 14 days from when we receive the return.

Missing a Return Slip or Form?
Within Europe: Contact our Customer Service team if you need a prepaid return slip or form.
Outside Europe: Contact us at customercare@lillebean.com to find a solution, as we do not provide prepaid return slips for non-European orders.
Returned to Sender – What Happens Next?
If your order couldn’t be delivered and was returned to us, we will notify you once it arrives at our warehouse. A refund will be issued, but we cannot reship the order. You’ll need to place a new order if you still wish to purchase the items.
